The specific Pokémon banned in the GO meta are NOT banned in this format. Tera Types: Tera Types may be ANY type that is NOT banned above. Ie: Tera Flying, Tera Fighting, Tera Steel are banned. You may Tera to a type not listed in the allowed types, such as Tera Water. |

| FAQ Q: If my Pokémon’s type changes to one that is not legal, for example due to the affects of Protean, is that allowed? A: There is no issues with type changes as the result of moves, abilities or other affects. As long as your open list is legal, the team matches, and Tera Type meets restrictions any changes during a game is not an issue. Q: Are legendaries allowed? A: The base ruleset is Reg F, and so we have modified the GO ruleset slightly, removing the no legends clause. | |
