| Team building restrictions | Players may use Pokémon from the Paldea Pokédex (not Kitakami or Blueberry), other than Restricted Pokémon. All Pokémon must have the Paldea origin mark, or be capable of having it (Pokémon transferred from other games are okay, if they could have been acquired in Scarlet and Violet base game). A full listing of the valid and invalid Pokémon from this regulation can be viewed here. Players may not use moves that were not available for their Pokémon in Regulation C. Any move learned by a TM in Scarlet and Violet after TM171 cannot be used unless it is in that Pokémon’s natural learnset. A list of TMs in order can be found here. |
