Why can’t I see my tournaments in Play! Tools?

Chances are your PROF 101 certification and/or Organizer certification has expired.

If you are able to access Professor University (Prof U), check your transcript to see if your PROF 101 certification and/or Organizer certification has expired. You’ll see a ⏱️ icon next to any expired certifications, and the Courses section will show information on the last time you took the course.

If you are not able to access Prof U, your PROF 101 may have expired – please check https://join.play.pokemon.com/ to see if there are any pending tasks there.
