This guide is based on official material from TPCi.
There are four ranks a Professor may obtain during their time with the program. Professors begin without any particular rank, and gain ranks as their course transcripts and tenure increase.
Ranks are awarded automatically when the Certification, activity, and tenure requirements are met, and are lost at any point a Professor no longer meets any one of the requirements. Ranks are updated approximately once every 12 hours, so you may not see a change immediately.
Once the requirements for a certain Rank are no longer met, the Professor will automatically be assigned the highest Rank for which requirements are met.
