TCG FORMATS

Standard Format: current, 16 players max

Casual Format: “Gym Challenge + Challenge Hall” (16 players max)

• Gym Challenge (Swiss rounds)
o 60 Cards deck, Standard format (Sword & Shield-on, standard promos allowed)
o Mono-types deck: you can choose only one type of basic energy and Pokémons. Special Energies and Colorless Pokémon are not allowed.
o No Pokémon-V, VMAX or VSTAR are ammitted

• Challenge Hall (for Top 8): yes, it was inspired by the Challenge Hall format of the Pokémon TCG game for Game Boy Color!
o First round is based on the Swiss results, like a Standard TOP8
o The 4 players that wins the first game remain seated at the table
o The other players can choose another opponent that won the previous game, different for the same of the previous round
o You can’t play with the same opponent for two time, so you have 4 chances
o The player that wins for first 3 times in a row wins the tournament. The second one that complete the route will be second. The tournament is concluded when 4 players complete the route.

VGC FORMATS

Standard: Sword & Shield, Series 12 Rules

Casual:

• Only “box art” Pokémon ammitted, in a Sword/Shield 2vs2, for example Blastoise or Charizard from Pokémon Blue/Red (only main and remakes games, no spin-off ones)
