What is Professor University?
Professor University (a.k.a. Prof U) is a hub for training videos, webinars, and various other resources for Professors. Prof U is also where you can register for Professor events such as Professor Seminars.
How do I access Professor University?
Professor University is located at professoruniversity.pokemon.com.
In order to access the site, you will need to open a support ticket to request an enrollment key, as Prof U does not connect with Pokémon Trainer Club. You can create a ticket through the following form: https://support.pokemon.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000020293. Use the subject line “Apply to Prof U”, and then select the following in each dropdown: “Professor Program”, “I have a question about Professor University”, and “I would like to request a Professor University Key”. Once you receive a key, you can then input the enrollment key into the “Sign Up” field to create your account. This login will be separate from your Pokemon.com account.
